NC E3 Sustainability Alliance unites with Transition Fort Collins

At the quarterly meeting of the NC E3 Sustainability Alliance, the Alliance and Transition Fort Collins decided to unite with each other.  The Sustainability Alliance believes that this unification will allow its member organizations and supporters to work more effectively toward helping Ft. Collins transition to a sustainable future.

We will use the name "Transition Fort Collins."  Over the next few months, we will work on developing a new vision and mission statement, and will reach out to all NC EC Sustainability Alliance members and other organizations to encourage them to participate in the new group.

The member organizations of the NC E3 Sustainability Alliance include the following:

  1. Ft. Collins Sustainability Group
  2. Community for Sustainable Energy
  3. Home Grown Food
  4. Be Local Northern Colorado
  5. Rocky Mountain Sustainable Living Association
  6. Fort Collins Open Community Collective
  7. Trees, Water, and People
  8. Public Transit Action Group
  9. Green Collar Guild
  10. Center for Justice, Peace, and Environment (now Ft. Collins Community Action Network)
